LidTrack Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 12, 2026

LidTrack does not require an account and does not upload eye images or measurement records to the developer's servers. Unless you choose to export them, these materials remain on your device.

1. Data Collection

LidTrack does not require account registration and does not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, device identifiers, or other personally identifiable information.

LidTrack contains no advertising services and does not use user data for advertising, cross-app tracking, or user profiling.

2. Camera and Eye Images

LidTrack accesses the camera only when you actively use the capture feature. Eye images you capture are used for on-device size comparison and change tracking.

These images and analysis results are not uploaded to servers owned or controlled by the LidTrack developer. The developer cannot view or access this content.

3. Local Storage and Deletion

Eye images, measurement results, and tracking records are stored in the app's local storage on your device. You can delete these records within the app.

Uninstalling LidTrack will generally remove locally stored app data. Files you exported yourself and backups managed by the operating system are not affected.

4. PDF Reports and User-Initiated Export

LidTrack can generate PDF reports on your device from locally stored records. A report may include records, statistics, and images that you choose to include. PDF generation takes place entirely on your device.

You choose whether to save PDFs, images, or records locally on your device, to your own iCloud Drive, or to another destination through Apple's system share features. LidTrack does not automatically upload or transmit these files.

Exports are initiated by you. Exported files are not sent to the LidTrack developer, and the developer cannot access them. iCloud is provided by Apple. If you choose another app or service as the export destination, subsequent processing is governed by that service's privacy policy and your settings.

5. Third-Party Services

The LidTrack app does not use third-party advertising, cross-app tracking, or user analytics services.

Apple may process information relating to App Store distribution, system diagnostics, backups, or iCloud under its own policies. This information is not directly collected or controlled by the LidTrack developer.

The official LidTrack website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic trends. This website analytics service does not use cookies and is not used to identify or track individual visitors. It applies only to the website and does not access or analyze photos, measurements, or records in the LidTrack app.

6. Medical Disclaimer

LidTrack is intended only to help users record and observe visible eyelid changes. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Comparison results may be affected by camera distance, angle, lighting, and image quality. If symptoms persist or worsen, or if you experience pain or changes in vision, promptly consult a qualified healthcare professional.

7. Children's Privacy

LidTrack does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users. Children should use the app with appropriate guidance from a parent or guardian.

8. Changes to This Policy

If LidTrack's features or data practices change, this Privacy Policy may be updated. The revised policy will be published on this page with a new effective date.
